It snowed rather hard last night, and it was also the first day/night on set for Texas Road. Danielle and I are doing Production Design, while also navigating the final weeks of school. I've also been spending some more time playing the Max/MSP/Jitter since recently buying a full license... my previous student 9-month authorization had expired earlier this week. It was one of those cases where I didn't know how much I was really interested in exploring Max until it was gone. While I appreciate the potentials for something like Processing, the reality of my learning its syntax and making use of its external libraries will remain distant.
The screenshot above is a very early attempt to do something with the very cool aka objects.
I've also spent some time with a MacBook Pro over the weekend, and I couldn't believe the difference in my RSS + Quartz Composer project... so very smooth compared to the choppiness on my MacBook.
More reading ahead and hopefully something close to a conclusion or resolution as to the installation of this RSS project in the gallery for the January show.

steven says,
if that qualified as a hard snow, by windsor standards, i suppose i'll probably manage to survive the winter.

I think you'll be fine Steven. January/February seem to be the only time it gets very bad in terms on snow, and even then, it's for a limited time only. Snowboots for longer hikes would be my additional recommendation.
